Portabello and Spinach Gnocchi with Tarragon and Blue Cheese. Doesn’t the sound of that just get you salivating? I heard the name while eavesdropping on a table of ladies trying to sort out menu options for a wedding. It was one of the vegetarian dishes being considered. Well, I’m no veggie, but I’d order that! Problem is, I just have a name – never seen, nor tasted the dish. So are the mushrooms and spinach in the gnocchi itself, or in the sauce, I wonder? Trawling the supposedly all-knowing Web, I came up short.
