  • 4 whole large fresh Portobello mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
  • 1 dash olive oil for drizzling
  • 2 florets Tenderstem broccoli roasted with ginger
  • 2 rashers crispy bacon

  1. Heat oven to 200°C. Place mushrooms, gill-side up, on an oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Layer-up your “mushroom pizza base” with your toppings
