Mushroom and ginger stirfry with dorado


For 8

You will need...

  • 30 ml Vegetable oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, sliced
  • 30 ml Ginger, sliced
  • 0.5 cup(s) Salad onions, sliced
  • 100 g Portabellini mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 g White button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pkt Asian greens baby spinach
  • 100 ml Peanut, coriander and lime dressing (bought)
  • 50 ml Oyster sauce

Mushroom and ginger stirfry with dorado Method

  1. Pan-fry the Dorado until just done. Season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Remove from the pan and keep in a warm place.
  2. Heat a wok or a large non-stick pan over high heat until hot.
  3. Add the oil, onion, garlic, onion and ginger and cook, stirring for 30 seconds
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring for 30 seconds, and then add the greens.
  5. Serve the mushroom and ginger stir-fry with the fried Dorado and steamed rice


    Add sesame seeds to the stir-fry just before adding the sauces.

    Thin slices of chicken or beef can be added, if required
