Pork, Mushroom & Oyster Sauce Stir Fry

Ingredients

For 4

You will need...

  • 10 ml oil
  • 200 g pork fillet, sliced
  • 10 ml fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 200 g big brown mushrooms, sliced
  • 150 g portabellini mushrooms, halved
  • 80 ml oyster sauce or black bean sauce
  • 100 g pak choy
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 50 g bean sprouts

To Serve

  • egg noodles or jasmine rice with black sesame seeds

Pork, Mushroom & Oyster Sauce Stir Fry Method

  1. Heat the oil in a wide pan or wok.
  2. Fry the pork over high heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the ginger, big brown mushrooms and portabellini mushrooms and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add the oyster sauce, pak choy and spring onions and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat and stir in the bean sprouts.
  6. Serve at once, on jasmine rice with black sesame seeds or tossed into egg noodles.
