Mushroom Skewers & Salad




For 4

You will need...

  • 2 cups Portobellini mushrooms
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • Thumb-size ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of tamari
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • pinch of Italian herbs

Mushroom Skewers & Salad Method

  1. Combine all ingredients well (except mushrooms).
  2. Place marinade and mushrooms in bowl and marinade for 2 hours.
  3. Place in the dehydrator for 2 hours.
  4. Serve with rocket & Irene’s Gourmet Raw Vegan Cream Cheese.
