Musrhoom and pepper stir fry


For 4


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 250 g white button mushrooms, sliced in thinly with stems
  • 1 tbsp white wine (optional)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or any other sauce of choice.
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional) or olive oil to enhance flavor.

Mushroom and pepper stir fry Method

    1. Heat oil in the pan or use cooking spray to avoid onions from sticking on the pan.
    2. Stir fry onions until translucent then add garlic cloves (20 seconds).
    3. Add peppers and mushrooms. Stir-fry until these becomes a bit soft.
    4. Add the white wine and soy sauce and continue to stir for 2 minutes.
    5. When done, remove from heat and add the sesame sauce mixing it all together, and serve.
