How to use the meal planner

 

  1. Firstly, you need to register by clicking here or on the black 'Register' button on the top right of your screen. Fill in all the form fields and complete the recaptcha test below the registration fields.
  2. You will then receive an email with an activation link, click on the link to activate your registration.
  3. Once registered, please log in by clicking here or click on the pink 'Login' button on the top right of your screen.
    ...now it is time to pick your favourite recipes!
  4. Go to the recipe page by clicking here, or click on the 'Recipes' menu in the top menu bar, or by simply selecting one of the recipe categories on the left hand side of your screen.
  5. You can scroll through the different recipes available in each category.
    ...now you can start adding recipes to your very own meal planner!
  6. Add recipes to your meal planner 'queue' by clicking on the '+Recipe Box' icon underneath each recipe, it will change from blue to green once added to the meal planner queue.
  7. When you are happy with your selection, you can populate your 'meal planner' on your desktop.
  8. Go to the 'My meal planner' page by clicking here or you can find it under the 'Recipes' menu.
  9. Select the recipes from 'Your recipe queue' and drag & drop it (using your mouse on a desktop or your finger on a mobile device) into one or more of the days shown above your queue.
    You can select as many recipes for as many days you wish.
  10. To remove a recipe, click on the top right 'x' button on the specific recipe.
  11. Once you are done, you can choose to print out your planned meals and/or the associated shopping list by clicking on the 'shopping list' button above the meal planner.
  12. The printout dialogue will also provide you with a QR code, which allows you to download the shopping list to your smartphone for an easy 'tick-off' while doing shopping.
